To do hand holding of small farmers constantly strained by draught, small land parcel, no price for their farm produce ,increasing suicide tendency amongst the farmers. We decided to help them by offering cash but to our surprise they asked for support in their farming activity, they are willing to give their fullest efforts but needed solution for their constant problems.

Three years back when we discussed with some farmers families about minimum financial requirement to survive a family, the answer was Rs.6000/- per month was minimum requirement in village area to sustain a family.

We offered farmers allied activity and reduce their total dependence on farm produce will help ease their life. We designed a plan to help 50 families on experimental basis , the survey of 100 families we sorted 60 families for hand holding.
